Romont & Estavayer-le-LacA place dedicated to well-being, releasing tension and restoring the body’s natural alignment.
My journey as a massage therapist began on 1 June 2015 in Payerne, driven by a passion for care and well-being.
Now based in Romont and Estavayer-le-Lac, I am ASCA & RME certified (RCC No. N079263), which allows sessions to be covered by many supplementary insurances (LCA). However, it is your responsibility to check whether my services are covered by your supplementary insurance.

Massage therapy is far more than a simple massage: it is a holistic approach that relaxes the body, soothes the mind and restores balance. Through pressure and manipulation of the muscles and tissues, it relieves tension, improves blood and lymphatic circulation and encourages deep relaxation.
Whether to reduce stress, ease muscle pain or simply give your body a moment of respite, every treatment is personalised and adapts to your needs for a unique moment of relaxation.
Kneading, effleurage, friction and vibration, adapted to your tensions. Classic massage relaxes tight muscles, improves local blood and lymph circulation and reduces pain. It is suited both to everyday tension (neck, back, shoulders) and to the effects of overload or poor posture.
My signature massage. After a short assessment, I combine the techniques I master – classic massage, connective tissue massage, gentle mobilisations, cupping if needed – according to what I feel under my hands and what your body needs that day. The aim: to release muscular and joint tension and calm the nervous system. Oil or talc depending on your skin.
The Acurat massage, enriched with an energetic and spiritual dimension. I let myself be guided by what I sense and accompany the treatment with prayers to the angels. For those who wish, beyond physical relaxation, for a moment of openness and perspective on what they are going through. Oil or talc depending on your skin, cupping if needed.
I am completing my training as a medical masseuse (Swiss federal diploma examinations in October 2026). Medical massage brings together manual and physical techniques – classic massage, manual lymphatic drainage, connective tissue massage, reflexology, hydrotherapy and electrotherapy – chosen after an assessment, on prescription or in collaboration with your doctor. It is aimed in particular at pain and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, the after-effects of accidents or surgery, and oedema, alongside medical treatment.
Gentle, slow, rhythmic movements that follow the path of the lymphatic vessels to the lymph nodes. Manual lymphatic drainage helps reduce oedema (after surgery, an injury, or in the case of heavy legs) and has a very calming effect on the nervous system. For some types of oedema, it can be complemented by a compression bandage. Not indicated in case of acute infection, recent thrombosis or untreated heart failure: please tell me before the session.
Applied after lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging maintains the result and keeps reducing oedema between sessions: this is complete decongestive therapy.
Indications: lymphoedema (primary, or secondary, for example after cancer and lymph-node removal), oedema after surgery or injury, lipoedema and lipo-lymphoedema, venous oedema (heavy legs, chronic venous insufficiency).
Contraindications: unstable heart failure, severe arterial disease of the legs, recent untreated thrombosis, acute infection such as erysipelas, wound or extensive skin condition in the area. Caution with diabetes or sensory disorders: medical advice is required.
Types of bandage: multi-layer bandage with short-stretch bandages (low elasticity), over a tubular stockinette and padding (cotton wool, foam) that spreads the pressure; for arm, hand, leg or foot. Once the oedema is stable, compression stockings or sleeves take over, together with your doctor and the orthotist.
Through targeted pressure with the thumb and fingers on the reflex zones of the feet, reflexology acts on the body at a distance, via the autonomic nervous system. It promotes deep relaxation and can relieve complaints related to stress, sleep or digestion, as well as headaches. A session begins with an observation of the feet and a few questions about your health.
A precise technique using pulling strokes on the skin, which acts on the connective tissue (fascia) and, by reflex, on the organs linked to the same nerve segment. It releases adhesions and tightened areas and helps rebalance the autonomic nervous system. A "cutting" sensation or warmth on the skin is normal. Not indicated in case of fever or acute inflammation.
A more vigorous massage, adapted to your sport and the time of season: preparation before exertion, recovery afterwards, or maintenance. It relaxes the muscles you use, improves circulation and helps prevent muscle tightness and overuse injuries. Can be complemented by Kinesio Tape application.
A very gentle massage with a natural massage candle: the melted wax turns into a warm oil that nourishes the skin. You choose your scent. The massage candles are also on sale at the practice.
A manual approach using precise, firm movements that aims to release blockages and muscular and joint tension and to restore mobility. A complementary practice: it does not replace medical advice, especially after a fall or in case of unexplained pain.
Deep relaxation of the scalp, neck and upper back. Ideal for neck tension, tension headaches or nervous fatigue.
The cups create suction that lifts the skin and underlying tissues. They increase blood flow to the area, relax tight muscles and make the tissues more supple. Round marks may remain for a few days: this is normal. Not indicated on damaged skin, in case of clotting disorders or when taking anticoagulants.
A thirst for learning that has never faded, in the service of ever more complete care.
